Orders ship from Allora, QLD. Once payment is confirmed, orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 1–7 business days.
Typical delivery times after dispatch:
- Metro areas: 1–4 business days
- Regional: 2–7 business days
- Remote: 5–14 business days

Yes — we ship to all residential, business, and some PO Box addresses across Australia (subject to carrier restrictions, especially for lithium batteries). Carriers include Australia Post, StarTrack, Toll, DHL, FedEx, Aramex, and others via StarShipIt.
Yes — pickup is available from our Allora, QLD workshop when selected at checkout. Email shop@arcpointindustries.com.au if you need to arrange or modify a pickup.

Faulty or incorrect items:
We will replace or refund the item and cover return shipping. Please email shop@arcpointindustries.com.au with photos and your order number.
Change of mind:
Accepted if unused and in original packaging. You cover return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Non-returnable items:
Custom-made products and items marked “final sale” unless faulty.
Refunds are processed within 5 business days once the item is inspected.
This policy is in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law.
Yes — all accessories purchased through the online store include a warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. For warranty claims, email shop@arcpointindustries.com.au.
