Shipping

We ship to all residential and business addresses within Australia, including PO Boxes where the carrier permits.

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Allora, Queensland. Once your payment is confirmed, we aim to process and hand your order to the carrier within 1–7 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding Queensland and national public holidays).

We use StarShipIt to provide the most suitable and cost-effective carrier for your order (Australia Post, StarTrack, FedEx, DHL, Aramex, or Toll). Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and delivery postcode.

Some of our products contain large lithium batteries and are classified as Dangerous Goods. Some remote areas, islands, or PO Boxes may incur additional charges or restrictions. A signature is usually required on delivery for higher-value items.

You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Typical delivery times after dispatch are 1–4 business days to metro areas, 2–7 business days to regional areas, and 5–14 business days to remote locations. These are estimates only and we are not responsible for carrier delays.

If your parcel is lost or significantly delayed, please email us at shop@arcpointindustries.com.au after 10 business days from the dispatch date and we will lodge an investigation with the carrier.
