These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the ArcPoint Industries Shop website and the purchase of any products from us. ArcPoint Industries is a registered business name of Sunny Coast Customs Pty Ltd (ABN 25 600 923 493), a company incorporated in Queensland, Australia.

By placing an order with us, you confirm that you accept these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree, you must not place an order. All prices are shown in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. We reserve the right to amend prices due to errors or changes in GST. Payment is taken at the time of order through Shopify Payments, PayPal, Afterpay, or Zip.

We will process and dispatch your order within 1–7 business days. Delivery details are set out in our Shipping Policy. Some of our products contain large lithium-ion batteries classified as Dangerous Goods under Australian law. You are responsible for ensuring that you comply with all relevant transport, storage, use, and disposal regulations. We accept no liability for any loss or damage caused by misuse, improper charging, or incorrect disposal of lithium batteries.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these Terms. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any breach of a consumer guarantee is limited to replacing the goods, supplying equivalent goods, or refunding the amount paid.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland. We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the website at the time you place your order will apply to that order.
