Returns & Refunds

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not, you may return most items within 30 calendar days of the date you receive them.

If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as described, we will provide a full refund or replacement (your choice) and we will cover the return shipping cost. Please email shop@arcpointindustries.com.au with photos of the issue and we will send you a prepaid return label.

Change-of-mind returns are accepted provided the item is unused, in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included. In these cases, you are responsible for the return shipping cost and for ensuring the item reaches us in resale-able condition. Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable.

Custom-made items and items marked as “final sale” cannot be returned unless faulty.

To arrange a return, simply email us with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

This return policy does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, including your right to a remedy for major failures.
